Short Biography

Eunchan Kim received the B.A. in economics from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, in 2012, and his M.S. in management (concentration: information systems) and Ph.D. in engineering (concentration: intelligence and information systems) from Seoul National University, in 2017 and 2023, respectively. He will join Hanyang University as an Assistant Professor in September 2024. He has diverse work and research experiences, having worked as a Senior Researcher and Manager at Hanwha Group, a Lecturer at Seoul National University, and a researcher at Korea Credit Bureau. He also served as a Visiting Scholar at both Seoul National University Hospital and Jeonbuk National University Hospital. His research interests include information systems, AI applications, data analytics, and engineering management.
